This place has a Great Atmopshere, you need to come here : Knock it and order the wine (also payment lol).
Chianti wine was always Good, I had the Classic one and it was Good!!

Originally we were just visiting here for the wine door, but the line was so long we decided to have lunch and get our wine through the door when the line went done. After seeing this on Stanley Tucci’s show, we definitely had to pay it a visit. I had the porcini truffle pasta and it was cooked perfectly. Very flavorful and balanced. Nothing was overpowering—everything was harmonious. The wine was also very good and the staff was very welcoming and friendly.
Absolutely fabulous! First we came across this place as a part of wine window experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating even despite of the crowds coming to this place just for a sake of Insta post.
After repetitive visits we decided to have a meal here. We were welcomed here with our dog, the attention to detail in the service throughout our meal was on point. The food was 10/10!!! Their Chanti Classico wine is incredible and the overall experience screams for a round of applause! 👏 p.s. all their truffle dishes are to die for!
Had a spritz through the wine window earlier in the day as we were wandering around Firenze and came back for dinner.
The bruschetta was fresh, full of flavour and a large serving as well. This was followed by the bistecca, just the little 1.2 kg one.
Very tender, full of flavour but a little undercooked for our liking but to be expected for such a large cut.
The limoncello and Caffe rounded off a great meal that had great service and a treat to watch the show of the wine window from the other side
We stopped by here for a glass of wine through the wine window because we thought it would be fun.
We originally thought the place was closed, but apparanetly you have to knock on the wooden window doors and then someone will open them and take your order. We ordered two of the Chianti Classico wines for $8 each. The pours were small and came in plastic cups. The wine was decent but very over priced considering the size of the pours and served in plastic.
Never again.
Our last meal in Florence on our honeymoon and it didn't dissapoint. The atmosphere was lovely and staff were very friendly. On our list for when we come back.

We came here as a recommendation from the local bar up the street. Excellent service, atmosphere downstairs was very romantic. We really enjoyed the food and the filet was incredible, as was the fresh truffle pasta dish.
Absolutely loved this place. The service was sublime and the food......wow! We had the burrata to start, which if you love caprese, you will absolutely adore this; for main course we had the florentine steak, and genuinely has to be the best steak I have ever had.
The wine window adds to the experience and was good fun to use (look up Florence wine windows).
If you happen to come across this Osteria, definitely book a table, you will not be disappointed
